Where are the teachers in this? As someone who knows people who've been to private schools, the rules and expectations are much stricter in them and such behaviour is treated as if its the end of the world. These outward displays of bullying simply don't make sense.
She's rich and I'm assuming she's in a posh school. And if you're trying to pass this off as a ROMANCE novel, I'm damn well within my rights to expect it to follow up.įirst, the abuse that Blake gets from her schoolmates is so confusing. But if you're going to try and stretch this into a SERIES, I'm expecting a little bit stronger plot, story arc, theme, and characters. If you want pure sex with little else, this will (maybe) be a fine read for you. In my defence, I would like to say that I'm not expecting this book to be as plot-heavy as J.R.R Tolkien's works or anything, some novels simply don't have that much meat and that's okay.
